Catherine does a wonderful job explaining each movement, adjusting the class to the right level and motivating me in time! Since I started attending the classes I feel stronger , leaner and taller! Pilates has made a huge difference in my daily routine. I no longer feel lower back pain after spending 8 hrs day in the office and in front of a computer.
