My Message to you:

Yoga the union of mind, body, and spirit. It is a beautiful and reverent practice. Each time you enter the mat it must be a holy ground. There are no don’ts and won’ts in Yoga, just follow the path of most allowing or the path of least resistance, there is no completed pose or ideal pose, the most beautiful poses are the ones you create with your own body. We practice yoga first for our alignment and then we share it to the rest of the world, because as we practice, we calmed and elevate the vibrational frequency of everyone else within our vicinity. It is truly awe inspiring when I teach yoga because I am the receiver of peace, harmony, and happiness. The practitioner, the observer, and the receiver all benefit. Yoga practitioners represent all that is beautiful, the lovely, and the expanding. Embrace your infinity and love and care for your finite body, just because you exist and nothing more than that.

Love Live, Live Love

Many years ago while I was in a class teaching my students, I looked up to observe my students from a “downward facing dog pose,” I felt and experience a deep sense of calm, peace, and contentment emanating from them. I discovered at that moment and I believe now, that to attain peace for everyone in this wonderful blue planet Earth is to carry peace within each of us and we can experience peace through the practice of Yoga.

We are in a perfect time, in a perfect place, in this wonderful planet, and in this perfect body, in this wonderful Universe.

Love thyself with all your heart and mind, just because you exist and nothing more than that.

Love Live, Live Love
