Meditation Yoga Retreat Academy Bed & Breakfast

You may also book a retreat of your own choice of dates and venue: your vacation home, favorite hotel or your very own home. The room and hotel accommodation is your own choosing. Our role is to give you the experience of vibrant health and serenity. Your peace of mind is priceless.

Your Retreat will provide you the following:

  •  Four hours of Yoga Class
  • Two Private Sessions for Yoga instruction and receive your personal Yoga Chart
  • One hour of group Yoga instruction
  • Four 30-minute Guided Meditations
  • One or Two 10-Minute private session of Reflexology or Reiki 
  • Gourmet Breakfast for the two 2-Nights, 3-Days retreat. 
  • Fresh squeeze orange juice, whole fruits, and green tea in the mid-afternoon
  • 3o-days private telephone support or a total of 5 hours which equals to a 10-minute a day private telephone consultation to address any questions and guidance for your personal yoga practice which  are scheduled with the Retreat Director.
  • Your personal gift basket to propel you to your Yoga journey.

Day 1 Afternoon/Evening

2:00 – 6:30 pm

 2:00 pm: Check in at Academy Bed & Breakfast
3:00 pm: Retreat Orientation
4:00 pm: Guided Meditation
4:30 pm: Walk to the Dock for Outdoor Yoga Class by the water
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Sunset Yoga at the City Dock

Peace Offering

6:30pm  Retreat Program Ends.

Dinner Break: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

8:30 pm: Return to Academy Bed & Breakfast

9:00-10:00 pm – Mini Private Sessions and Group Yoga Instruction

 

Day 2 Full Day

7:00 am-10:00 am

 

Morning Program:

7:00 am Guided Meditation
7:30 am Walk to the Dock for Outdoor Yoga Class by the water
8:00 am – 9:00 am Sunrise Yoga at the City Dock.

Peace Offering

9:00 – 10:00 am Gourmet Breakfast

Private Session 10:00 am – 10:30 am: 10-Minute Reflexology or Reiki

10:30 am:  Morning Program Ends

Lunch Break: 10:30 am – 3:00 pm

Private Sessions between 10:30 am – 11:30 am and 1:30-3:00 pm

10-Minute Reflexology or Reiki and/or book your private session for a full treatment on Day 1.

3:00 pm: Return to Academy Bed & Breakfast

Fresh Fruit, Juice, and Tea

3:00 pm – 3:30 pm: Quiet Time

Afternoon Program: 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm

3:30 pm – 4:00 pm:  Music Meditation
4:00 pm – 4:45 pm – Indoor Group Yoga Instruction
4:45 pm: Walk to the Dock for Outdoor Yoga Class by the water
 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Sunset Yoga at the City Dock

Peace Offering

6:30 pm: Retreat Program Ends

 Dinner Break: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

 8:30 pm: Return to Academy Bed & Breakfast

 9:00-10:00 pm – Your Yoga Chart and Personal Instruction

 Day 3: Half Day

7:00 am-10:00 am 

Morning Program:

7:00 am Guided Meditation
7:30 am Walk to Dock
8:00 am – 9:00 am Sunrise Yoga at the City Dock.

Peace Offering

9:00 – 10:00 am Gourmet Breakfast
10:00 am-10:30 am:  Well Wishes

 10:30 am:  Morning Program End 

11:00 am:  Check out.
