How Does Follow Yoga Teach Transcendental Meditation?

Founder Catherine Fleishman practices Transcendental Meditation on a regular basis, and has become an advocate of its healing abilities. She offers introductory classes on transcendental meditation, in order to educate students on its main components and help them learn the process. Classes are available through a Transcendental Meditation partnership program at select local studios. These classes are approved as an affiliate program for the introduction to Transcendental Meditation seminar.
